i loved the helpful staff at extended stay sa, especially ms. sherry at the front desk. the rooms have a nice setup and the location is quite convenient. it's great having nice staff who step up when there's an issue. overall, i felt safe during my stay.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, especially a young lady with glasses. She was stressed but helped out a lot! The picnic area was a nice touch. I heard some drama with the maids that’s kinda sketchy though, made me a bit uneasy. Hope they can improve that for future guests.
